During Ocean Fest 2025, held in Roatán to mark World Oceans Day, MAR Fund presented the results of the MAR Fish project.
This event allows us to share with students, local authorities, community organizations, and NGOs to learn and take action in favor of the ocean.
Michelle Fernández, project coordinator, highlighted the regional work carried out by MAR Fish partners, emphasizing the importance of fish spawning aggregations and reefs, and the need to continue collaborating for the conservation of Corona Caimán and the Mesoamerican Reef System.
This event was organized by Zona Libre Turística (ZOLITUR) and the Roatan Marine Park.
